We are currently seeking a dedicated Commis (Junior Cook) to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs in daily food preparation.
- Learn and execute authentic South Indian dishes.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Organize ingredients and ensure freshness.
- Follow recipes and safety procedures carefully.
- Support the Chef de Partie (CDP) and Head Chef during service hours.
Qualifications
- Diploma or a degree in Hotel Management.
- Strong interest in cooking, especially South Indian cuisine.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and eagerness to learn.
