Hotel Reservation & Check-in, Check-out Policies :

➤ Check-in 2.00 pm

➤ Check-out 12.00 pm

➤ Early check in – subject to availability at extra cost

➤ The guest shall vacate the room at the above check out time or he/she should take advantage permission from the management for the extended stay, failure to vacate the room on expiry period will leads to pay additional one day room tariff.

➤ Passport/Driving license/Voter id/Aadhar are accepted as ID Proofs. Id proofs of all staying guests is mandatory. Pan card not acceptable.

➤ 50% of the approximate bill amount shall be needed for confirmed booking.

➤ We request you to handover the room keys to the reception desk during check-out. Please be informed that any missing keys will result in additional charges.

➤ Mini bar snacks will be chargeable and the rates mentioned on mini bar pricelist.

➤ Acceptable payment methods – Visa/Master card / Credit cards/Debit cards / Cash / UPI, Net banking. No Cheques are accepted.

➤ UPI or net banking transaction confirmation receipt to be shared and the payments to be reconfirmed from the hotel side before leaving the hotel reception desk.

➤ We appreciate your patience and understanding for sparing 5 minutes while ensuring housekeeping clearance during check-out.

➤ If you wish to have your GST number reflect in the final invoice, kindly share your Company Name, Address & GST number while confirming the booking itself, later on we cannot make any changes to the final invoice.
